CQ5640 / CQ5660 Dual-Channel Analog Oscilloscopes with Frequency Counter
Dual-channel analog oscilloscopes for demanding bench work. A 6" screen, 1 mV/div sensitivity, and a built-in 6-digit frequency counter let you view and measure signals in one instrument. Digital sweep and vertical selection and surface-mount construction make operation quick and reliable. Choose the CQ5640 for 40 MHz or the CQ5660 for 60 MHz.
Use it for: electronics teaching labs, repair and service benches, R&D, production testing, and video and analog circuit work.
You can:
View two signals at once in CH1, CH2, DUAL (chop or alternate), or ADD mode, with CH2 invert
Measure from 1 mV/div to 5 V/div in 12 steps (1-2-5 sequence)
Set sweep speeds from 0.1 µs/div to 0.5 s/div, with ×10 magnification
Trigger in single, auto, normal, or TV modes (TV-T and TV-H), from CH1, CH2, alternate, external, or line sources
