The INSIZE 1524-200 Digital Back-Jaw Edge to Center Caliper is a highly specialized precision measuring instrument designed to accurately measure the distance from an edge to the center of a hole. Standard calipers cannot perform this task easily; the 1524 Series solves this with a unique back-jaw design that features a conical tip to perfectly center inside the hole while the opposite jaw rests against the edge. Made of durable stainless steel, it offers a measuring range of 5-200mm (0.2-8") with an accuracy of ±0.1mm and a resolution of 0.01mm/0.0005". It includes on/off, set, mm/inch, and preset (+/-) buttons, along with automatic power-off and data output. The caliper is powered by a CR2032 battery and supports an optional wireless transmitter (7315-25) for data transfer. An optional calibration standard block (1524-BLOCK) is available for verification.
