WPF33521 Series Dual-Channel Function / Arbitrary Waveform Generators with Frequency Response Analyzer

Dual-channel arbitrary waveform generators with a built-in frequency response analyzer (FRA), so one instrument can both generate test signals and measure how a circuit responds across frequency. Channels can run independently, coupled, or in tracking mode, and a built-in counter and optional power meter and power amplifier extend it further. Choose 6, 10, 30, or 60 MHz sine output.

Use it for: filter, amplifier, and network response testing, control and power supply loop analysis, communications and modulation experiments, electronics teaching labs, R&D, and production test.

You can:

Sweep frequency (linear or logarithmic, 100 ms to 10 s) and analyze circuit response with the integrated FRA

Generate 6 standard waveforms plus 50 built-in arbitrary waveforms on two channels

Set frequency in steps as fine as 1 µHz

Run the channels independently, coupled, or in tracking mode

Apply AM, DSSC-AM, FM, PM, FSK, ASK, BPSK, and PWM modulation

Measure external signals from 10 Hz to 250 MHz with the built-in counter

Set duty ratio from 0.1% to 99.9%, with jitter ≤200 ps rms
