600 MHz DDS RF Signal Generator
A versatile bench signal source that covers low-frequency function signals up to 600 MHz RF. DDS technology gives stable, low-distortion output, and a 3.5" color display with soft keys makes setup quick.
Use it for: RF and communications testing, receiver and filter checks, teaching labs, R&D, and repair benches.
You can:
Generate RF signals with 1 Hz resolution above 80 MHz (1 µHz below), at levels from -127 dBm to +13 dBm
Use the separate function output (Output B) for sine, square, pulse, triangle, and ramp waves up to 2 MHz
Apply AM, FM, PM, FSK, PSK, sweep, and burst modulation
Sweep frequency from 1 ms to 800 s (linear) or 100 ms to 800 s (log)
Control it from a PC through RS232, USB, or optional GPIB
Output: RF output is 50 Ω with VSWR below 1.5. Output B delivers 100 mVp to 6 Vp (high Z) or 50 mVp to 3 Vp (50 Ω).
