The INSIZE 5328-ML10 2D/Manual Rotation 3D Microscope is an innovative, standalone optical inspection system that bridges the gap between traditional 2D measurement and advanced 3D observation. Featuring a unique switchable mode, the operator can easily transition between standard 2D measurement for flat components and 3D observation for viewing complex geometries.
In 3D mode, the base features a 360° manual rotation mechanism, allowing the user to tilt and rotate the workpiece to inspect it from multiple angles (0°, 90°, 180°, 270°), making it ideal for viewing sidewalls, threads, and deep features. The system is completely standalone, requiring no computer. It comes with a 13.3" LCD monitor and built-in software operated via an included mouse. The step-zoom lens (0.6X~5X) and independent 4-zone LED lighting provide excellent image quality. Users can capture photos or videos, save them to a USB drive, and export measurement results directly to Excel.
