The INSIZE RBT-ISD01 Automatic Vision Measuring System is a fully automated robotic inspection cell designed for high-volume manufacturing and dimensional quality control. It combines an IP67-rated 6-axis industrial robot with a 720 mm reach, 4000 mm/s speed, ±0.02 mm repeatability, and an 8 kg payload capacity with a CNC vision measuring system. Offering a 300 × 200 × 200 mm measuring range, accuracy of ≤(2.5 + L/200) µm, and 2 µm repeatability, it enables precise non-contact inspection.
