The INSIZE QMS-A450 Large Size Quick Measurement System is an advanced, fully automated 2D optical measurement solution designed for rapid, high-precision inspection of medium-to-large workpieces. Featuring a dual-field, dual-telecentric low-distortion optical lens, it provides an expansive measurement range (up to 500×400mm) while maintaining micron-level accuracy.

The machine automatically focuses, identifies the parts, and measures up to 999 dimensions across more than 200 workpieces in a single step—all within an impressive measurement time of under 2 seconds. The included software automatically measures widths, holes, rings, and angles, stores results, and categorizes parts into OK and NG counts. Built on a robust 650kg frame, the QMS-A450 comes standard with a computer and software, with options for a rotary table, laser sensor, and coaxial lighting to expand its capabilities further.
