The INSIZE 5316-HM810 Horizontal Microscope is a specialized, standalone optical inspection system designed for side-view observation and measurement of workpieces. Unlike traditional upright microscopes, its horizontal optical axis allows for easy inspection of the sides, threads, and depths of cylindrical parts, cutting tools, and complex machined components.
Operating entirely without a computer, it features built-in measurement software displayed on the included 13.3-inch LCD monitor and is controlled via an intuitive mouse interface. The system is equipped with a 2M pixel CMOS sensor delivering 1080P high-definition images at 60fps. It includes a 0.2X~1.2X zoom lens, an LED ring light, and dedicated contour illumination, ensuring excellent visibility of edges and profiles. The manual stage allows for both up/down and left/right movement, and the software allows for the display of multi-colored crosshairs and automatic exposure. With a measuring accuracy of ±0.02mm, it is a highly practical tool for precision metrology.
