The INSIZE 5301-D400 Motorized 3D Rotation Microscope is a specialized, standalone optical inspection system designed to view the sides and internal walls of complex parts. Utilizing a unique 45° mirror working principle combined with a motorized 360° rotating lens, it allows operators to seamlessly inspect convex objects, threaded holes, and deep cavities that standard microscopes cannot reach.
Equipped with a high-definition 1920x1080 CMOS sensor and a dedicated 21.5" LCD monitor, it delivers crisp 1080P 3D imagery. The system is completely standalone, operated via the included mouse and a dedicated rotation controller, which manages the rotation speed (2~4RPM), direction, illumination, and zoom. The 0.7X~4.5X step-zoom lens (yielding 15X~100X overall magnification) and independent LED lighting ensure excellent visibility. Users can easily capture photos and videos, saving them directly to the included USB flash disk.
