Equipped with a precision X-Y stage (150×50mm travel) featuring an impressive 0.5µm resolution and (3+L/50)µm accuracy, the ISP-Z3015 can handle workpieces up to 4kg. It utilizes dual 24V/150W halogen lamps for both contour and surface illumination, with adjustable brightness to highlight complex geometries. The digital data processing unit is capable of advanced geometric functions, including calculating point/line coordinates, circle radii, distances, angles, and coordinate transformations, with RS232C output for data transfer.
