The INSIZE ISP-D150A Profile Projector (Basic Type) is a robust, optical measuring instrument designed for non-contact dimensional inspection of small to medium-sized workpieces. It features a large Ø300mm projection screen with a 360° rotating capability (1" or 0.05" resolution) and cross-hair reference lines for precise alignment. The standard configuration includes a 10X magnification lens with a Ø30mm view field and a 77.7mm working distance, providing clear, erect and inverted images.
The ISP-D150A is equipped with a precise X-Y stage (150x50mm travel) featuring 0.5µm resolution and an accuracy of (4+L/75)µm. Illumination is provided by adjustable 24V/150W halogen lamps for both contour and surface lighting, ensuring optimal visibility of complex geometries. The system includes a digital readout with advanced data processing functions (measuring points, lines, circles, angles, and distances) and RS232C output for data transfer. Built for durability and daily use, the unit weighs 125kg and operates on standard 220V power.
