The Insize 0022-VM20 is a professional-grade Vibration Meter engineered for comprehensive machinery diagnostics and status monitoring. This advanced instrument measures three key vibration parameters—acceleration, velocity, and displacement—in virtual, peak, and peak-peak values. With a wide frequency range of up to 5kHz for acceleration and a measuring range of 0.01~200m/s², it is highly effective for fault diagnosis in motors, pumps, fans, compressors, generators, and gearboxes.
The VM20 features a high-resolution 1.96" OLED screen and includes a 2-meter accelerometer cable with a magnetic base for quick and secure mounting on machinery. It offers adjustable second-order high-pass filtering for precise frequency analysis. Data can be monitored in real-time via the included PC software, which displays bar charts and line charts and allows for seamless export to Excel. Powered by four AAA batteries or an AC/DC adapter, this 240g meter is built for portability and sustained field use in harsh industrial environments.
