The INSIZE 6875-320 Precision Air Floating Rotary Table is a high-precision metrology instrument designed for the frictionless, accurate rotation of workpieces during inspection. Unlike traditional bearing-based tables, this Type A model utilizes an air-floating design that levitates the rotary table on a thin film of compressed air, ensuring incredibly smooth rotation completely free from mechanical wear.
With a 320mm stage diameter and a 100kg load capacity, it is ideal for holding substantial components. It offers outstanding radial and axial rotation accuracy of <0.3µm and a maximum rotation speed of 500RPM, driven manually by the operator. The unit operates on an air supply pressure of 0.4-0.6MPa and includes an air filter to ensure clean, uninterrupted operation. For advanced inspection needs, an optional measurement software (6875-SOFTWARE) is available, which utilizes a digital indicator to provide real-time waveform diagrams and EXCEL export capabilities for measuring shaft coaxiality, runout, and blade tip runout. A glass hemisphere (6875-BALL) is also available for easy calibration verification.
