The INSIZE RCT-500 Roundness/Cylindricity Tester is a heavy-duty, high-precision metrology system engineered to handle large and long shaft components such as crankshafts, gear shafts, and spindle bushings. Featuring a massive 800mm vertical Z-axis measuring range and an 80kg weight capacity on its automatic adjustment stage, it provides the stability required for heavy industrial inspection.
Equipped with a high-resolution circular grating detector (14,400 sampling points) and a motorized X/Z axis system, the RCT-500 offers incredible precision (down to 0.001µm resolution) and automatic centering/leveling capabilities. Its comprehensive software suite covers multiple evaluation modules, including Cylindricity, Roundness, Straightness, Single/Multi-section Flatness, and Commutator analysis, utilizing advanced reference algorithms (LSC, MZC, MIC, MCC, etc.).
