The INSIZE ISR-S600 Surface Roughness and Profile Tester is a versatile, portable dual-function metrology instrument designed for comprehensive surface analysis. Featuring a large 7-inch color touch screen, it combines the capabilities of a roughness tester and a profile measuring machine into a single, compact unit.
The device is equipped with inductive probes featuring diamond styli and an automatic leveling function. It can evaluate an impressive 74 roughness parameters (compliant with multiple international standards including ISO, DIN, JIS, and ASME) and measure waviness and curved surfaces with a radius greater than 5mm. The ISR-S600 allows for a traverse length of up to 59mm and can even measure grit and shot blasting surfaces.
Data management is highly flexible: users can save measurements directly to a U-disk in Excel, PDF, DXF, or image formats, or print results and graphic curves via an ordinary or optional Bluetooth printer. With a built-in rechargeable battery and a lightweight design (2.2kg), it is perfectly suited for both laboratory settings and on-site shop floor inspections. The standard delivery includes both roughness and profile standard probes, calibration blocks, and a power adapter.
